A man was sentenced to five years and ten months in prison for a seven -month -old child in North NSW. Jake Robert Luscombe was found guilty of killing a man in the early this year after an investigation into the death of Alyviah Hayne in South Grafton. In 2015, the court heard that Mr. Lusscombe shook his baby's baby at that time and caused fatal injuries in his head and brain. In the Coffs Harbor Regional Court, Lusscombe was sentenced to a total of five years and ten months in prison. It will be suitable for conditional evacuation in October 2026.
