In July 2012, Bristol City Council and their first directly elected Liberal Democrat mayor George Ferguson introduced 20 miles per hour speed limits around the city. This was towards the end of a period where city hall was under a hung council. At the time they faces much backlash on the introduction of the zones. What do locals think?
