Water dowsing, commonly referred to as water witching, is a practice in which individuals are believed to use a supernatural ability to locate water sources beneath the Earth's surface. ⛲️
This traditional method was used to identify the best location to dig a well. Catherine Bent, a professional water dowser from 1954 , gained fame for her unique physical reactions when approaching water sometimes her reactions would be so severe she would fall flat on her face randomly to pin point water underground.
