The Pola Water District in Oriental Mindoro is in dire need of financial aid. Its revenue just enough to keep it afloat. It's also struggling to pay loans from the local water utilities administration.

With the local government on a limited budget, it is turning to the national government and the private sector for help to bring clean water to more people in the town.
