Incessant rainfall and cloudburst have flooded several low-lying areas in Maharashtra’s Nagpur, prompting Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to direct the district administration and the police to provide necessary assistance to those affected. At least 140 people have been shifted from flooded areas to safer locations.
