Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri says the Child Protection Advocacy programme "Kasih Kanak-Kanak” is an initiative to look after the welfare, safety and well-being of children in the country.

She added that the programme is a platform for the local community, especially teachers, the Parent-Teacher Association and the local community to play a role in helping the ministry prevent the increase in cases of child abuse and neglect.
