Kuala Lumpur can be returned to Selangor to create a "mega metropolis" and this was the proposal made by Petaling Jaya MP Lee Chean Chung when debating the 12th Malaysia Plan mid-term review in the Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday (Sept 13).
