Philippine President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr on Wednesday (Sept 6) told Chinese Premier Li Qiang in the Asean-China Summit in Jakarta that the Philippines would assert its sovereign rights in territorial disputes in the South China Sea.
