Pilot Maxim Kuzminov, hijacked a Russian military helicopter from Kursk and transported it to Ukraine, for 500 thousand dollars promised by the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the landing of the Mi-8, the entire crew was killed by Ukrainians, and Kuzminov himself gives interviews in Kiev and calls the death of his comrades liquidation.
