Senior advocate Rakesh Dwivedi put across his argument about Article 370 before the Supreme Court bench headed by the Chief Justice of India, DY Chandrachud. He said Article 370 was inducted in the Indian Constitution following the 1947 war between India and Pakistan over Kashmir, engineered by the British Colonial rulers.
