ಇಸ್ರೋ ಚಂದ್ರಯಾನ - 3ಗೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಚಂದ್ರನ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಧ್ರುವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಫ್ಟ್ ಲ್ಯಾಂಡಿಂಗ್‌ಗೆ ತಯಾರಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಲೂನಾ-25 ಮಿಷನ್ ವಿಫಲವಾಯ್ತು. ಚಂದ್ರನ ಹತ್ತಿರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅದು ಪತನಗೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ನಾಸಾ ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಲೂನಾ – 25 ಪ್ರೋಬ್‌ ಲ್ಯಾಂಡರ್‌ ಚಂದ್ರನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿದ್ದ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಿದೆ.The Russian Luna-25 mission, which was preparing for a soft landing at the Moon's south pole before ISRO's Chandrayaan-3, failed.
