Prime Minister Narendra Modi great respect for Indian Tricolor was on display at BRICS Summit on August 23. Ahead of group photo ceremony in Johannesburg, PM Modi noticed the Tricolour on the ground (to denote standing position). PM Modi made sure not to step on it so, he picked it up and kept it with him. South African President Cyril Ramaphosa followed suit. PM Modi and BRICS leaders posed for the camera ahead of BRICS Plenary Session.
