The mother of Olivia Pratt-Korbel says "the first call of rehabilitation for offenders should be to appear in court and listen to the judge and the family impact statements" as she launches a campaign to Introduce new laws to force offenders to be present in court for sentencing. The campaign comes after Thomas Cashman, the killer of her daughter Olivia, refused to appear in court for the sentencing.
