All eyes are on Chandrayaan-3 which is expected to land on the moon's surface on August 23rd. “What If” is a small statement that carries huge meanings for the Lunar Mission. Keeping in mind the unfavourable conditions which might affect the landing of Chandrayaan-3, ISRO scientists have come up with a Plan-B.
