Savor the velvety smoothness of our chocolate brownies, enriched with Olper's full cream milk powder!
Ingredients:
-Olper’s Milk powder 1 Cup
-Water ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 125g
-Brown sugar powdered ½ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Chocolate chips 1/3 Cup
-Chocolate chips
Directions:
-In a wok,add milk powder,water & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,mix continuously & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add butter & mix well until butter melts.
-Remove from flame & let it rest for 10 minutes.
-Add brown sugar,caster sugar,eggs,vanilla essence & whisk until well combined.
-Place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt,sift & mix until well combined.
-Add chocolate chips & mix gently.
-On 9 x 9-inch greased baking pan lined with butter paper,pour brownie batter & tap few times.
-Sprinkle chocolate chips & bake in preheated oven at 170C for 20-22 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Let it cool,cut in pieces & serve!
