After the swearing in of the new Penang executive councillors on Wednesday (Aug 16), Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow told a press conference that he has full confidence that the new exco line-up will perform well to realise the Penang 2030 vision and will weather the challenges both in the administration and in the legislative assembly.
