Russian air strikes hit two western regions of Ukraine bordering NATO member Poland and other areas on Tuesday, killing three people and wounding more than a dozen. Russia launched a large-scale air attack on Ukraine’s western region of Lviv and the northwestern region of Volyn, hitting buildings, wounding civilians and forcing evacuations.
