The unity government presidential council will decide on the candidates for Negri Sembilan mentri besar but the final decision lies with the Negri Ruler, said Barisan Nasional deputy chairman Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan when met by reporters at WTC KL on Saturday (Aug 12) night.
