Tropical storm weakens, South Korea turns to Scout concert
Tropical storm 'Khanun' brings heavy rain and building damage to South Korea's southern and eastern regions. It weakened upon reaching Seoul, later moving into North Korea. A relocated pop concert was held in Seoul for affected Scouts. While Incheon saw flooding and collapsed walls, Seoul experienced minor impact. Evacuations, road damage, building damage, and power outages resulted from the storm. North Korea's storm damage remains unreported.
