Kelantan Barisan Nasional secretary Datuk Seri Md Alwi Che Ahmad on Friday (Aug 4) said the state Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Harapan would launch their manifesto for the state election on Saturday, and the pledges in the manifesto would include establishing a Tahfiz and Science University College.
