Adhik Maas 2023: जिस प्रकार से सावन का महीना भगवान शिव की आराधना के लिए समर्पित है, ठीक उसी प्रकार पुरुषोत्तम मास का यह महीना भगवान विष्णु को समर्पित माना जाता है। श्रावण मास के बीच 18 जुलाई से अधिक मास लग रहा है और इसका समापन 16 अगस्त 2023 को होगा। सावन में अधिक मास का संयोग पूरे 19 साल बाद बन रहा है इसे मलमास या पुरुषोत्तम मास भी कहते हैं। इस माह में सभी प्रकार के मांगलिक कार्य वर्जित होते हैं।

Adhik Maas 2023: Just as the month of Sawan is dedicated to the worship of Lord Shiva, similarly this month of Purushottam month is considered dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The Shravan month is starting from July 18 and will end on August 16, 2023. The combination of more months in Savan is being formed after 19 years, it is also called Malmas or Purushottam month. All kinds of auspicious works are prohibited in this month.
