On July 27, PM Narendra Modi is visiting Sikar in Rajasthan to inaugurate several projects. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot tweeted saying that his speech slot during the Prime Minister's event has been cancelled by the Prime Minister's Office (PMO). PMO replied to Gehlot’s tweet saying that his speech was cancelled after they received a message from CM’s office about his inability. PMO’s tweet further said that CM Gehlot can join the event if he doesn't have any physical discomfort owing to an injury. Elections will be conducted in Rajasthan in December this year.
