Militants mass in Quezon City for SONA

Militant groups gather at Philcoa in Quezon City on Monday, July 24, 2023 for President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.s' second State of the Nation Address (SONA) later in the day. The President is scheduled to deliver his speech at 4 p.m. during the joint session of Congress at the Batasan Pambansa Complex.
