The 60th Convocation of Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) took place today, July 22, where a total of 2,573 students graduated. 2,746 degrees were awarded, including Joint and Dual Degrees, making it a momentous occasion. This Convocation was even more special as it coincided with the historic launch of IIT Madras' first-ever international campus in Tanzania-Zanzibar. Hon’ble Dr. Justice Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud, Chief Justice of India, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Watch what he said.
