Police have detained four members of a secret society, believed to be involved in a fight where a local 26-year-old man had his wrist severed in Taman Tampoi Utama, Skudai, Johor on July 3.

State police chief Comm Kamarul Zaman Mamat on Friday said police are tracking down another three suspects who are still at large.
