G7 declaration strengthens Ukraine's defense: US state department

The G7 countries begin discussions with Ukraine with the objective of establishing a solid foundation for the country's long-term defense capabilities, according to Matthew Miller, spokesman for the US State Department. The forthcoming multi-lateral declaration by the G7 will primarily focus on ensuring that Ukraine possesses a resilient and capable fighting force to safeguard its country.
