Andrew Tate has lost an appeal against his house arrest in Romania. The influencer has been charged with rape, human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.

Tate has been under house arrest since April 1st. On June 23rd a Romanian court extended his house arrest for another 30 days.

His brother Tristan Tate and two Romanian women have also been charged with linked offences. The Tate brothers deny the allegations and have claimed that the charges might be politically motivated.
