With the launch of Meta’s app to rival Twitter, Threads, an Instagram app, already has over ten million people signed up the the platform. In response, Twitter boss Elon Musk tweeted about Meta, saying: “It is infinitely preferable to be attacked by strangers on Twitter, than indulge in the false happiness of hide-the-pain Instagram.” But what is Threads, and what can you expect from it?
