Drying Cacao beans needs to be dried properly. As in the case of this video, the colored grey one are Cacao beans that were not exposed to the sunlight properly because of constant raining that enable them to be darkened while the red cacao beans has been dried and properly exposed to sunlight.

It is observed that the dryer is surrounded with tall trees and some other plants such as banana because it is recommended that Cacao beans will be dried in a minimal sunlight in several days.
