Umno has slipped into a dark abyss and recovering from it will not be easy, said former Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin after giving a talk at UCSI University in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday (July 1).

He was responding to a question about whether he would have a higher chance of becoming a prime minister by rejoining Umno rather than Perikatan Nasional.
