King Charles is planning to make his staff more diverse. A Buckingham Palace official said in part, “I recognise we are not where we would like to be and we are committed to making progress in this area.”According to the Sovereign Grant Report, currently 9.7% of the staff is ethnic minority, just short of the 10% goal. The official went on, “And hence why we've raised the target to 14 per cent having got close to our 10 per cent figure.” Veuer’s Keri Lumm has more.
