The WA Government is exploring how artificial intelligence could be used to improve its response to natural disasters, amid growing concerns about the frequency and intensity of bushfires across the state. Although the technology is in its infancy, there are hopes AI could one day predict bushfire behaviour and help better target emergency information to the community.
