With a new house, 42-year-old kitchen helper Md Nasir Md Shariff can now focus better in developing himself and his family in Kampung Tok Bedu, Tasek Gelugor. Md Nasir was among four recipients of new homes under the Penang Rumah Kasih Ihsan project.
