Sanusi claims he never sought constitutional amendment for 'return' of Penang to Kedah

In a press conference on Wednesday (June 7), Kedah Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor denied asking for the Federal Constitution to be amended in order for Penang to be "returned" to Kedah.
