Civil Aviation Authority along with
Air New Zealand will begin weighing passengers.
The new requirement in place for all passengers
departing on international flights from Auckland
International Airport will be in effect through July 2. .
According to Air New Zealand, the program
is part of a planned passenger weight survey. .
The goal of the program is to gather data
on weight load and distribution for airplanes.
