The ABC’s managing director and director of news have faced a parliamentary grilling this afternoon. David Anderson and Justin Stevens have defended the broadcaster's coverage of the king's coronation. They also apologised again to journalist Stan Grant who says the ABC did not properly support him in the face of criticism of his commentary during the coronation broadcast.
