Ten people were taken to hospital after a double decker bus crashed into a bridge and had its roof taken off.

The incident involving a First bus occurred on Cook Street near the O2 Academy, and led to road closures in the area.

And finally, the well known body coach Joe Wicks has labelled St Thomas’ Primary School in Glasgow’s East End as one of the most magnificent he has ever visited.

He visited the school during his 12-stop UK schools tour which was chosen out of 24,000 applicants.

Wicks led a workout in the playground with teachers and parents before a question and answer session.
