Advocates call for greater pool safety vigilance as home set ups lead source of child drownings

Advocates say more needs to be done to strengthen pool fencing legislation and improve supervision and resuscitation training as children under 5 remain the most at risk of drowning - the majority of which occur in backyard pools and bathtubs.
