The Northern Territory's acting police commissioner has urged the parents of young criminals to dob in their kids before a crime is committed as police investigate another spate of violence in Darwin. Michael Murphy has also flagged a major change is on the cards for frontline officers in a bid to bolster the police footprint in major centres.
