A new survey has highlighted the impact that's having with many renters feeling like they can't negotiate with landlords over proposed rent increases, because of fears they'll be kicked out. Advocates are pushing for rental reforms to improve protections for tenants but the Premier says the changes being proposed would be counter-productive.
