Free Hugs Campaign was done at 21/02/2009 in Delhi by a group of youngsters - "Smiling Buds".The motive was to spread happiness, peace and love among people.In this running and hectic life people have lost the reason to smile, this campaign is an effort to revive those pretty smiles.
