On May 5, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar made a strong statement on terrorism at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) meeting in Goa. S Jaishankar was speaking in the presence of Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari. S Jaishankar said that combatting terrorism is one of the original mandates of the SCO.
