The family of a newlywed paramedic who was fatally stabbed outside a Sydney fast-food outlet has paid tribute and laid flowers at the scene. Steven Tougher was stabbed to death while on a break with his New South Wales ambulance colleagues, outside a Campbelltown McDonald’s store on Friday morning. Mr Tougher's father, Jeff and family have spoken to the media to advocate for 'Steven's Law' asking the government for mandatory prison sentences for paramedic assaults.
