Sen. Binay visits Masungi georeserve in Rizal

Senator Nancy Binay conducts a visual inspection and tour of the Masungi Georeserve in Baras, Rizal on Tuesday, Apr. 18.

Binay strongly opposes construction in the area and instead wants government agencies to focus on tourism and protect the natural resources of the Masungi Georeserve.

The Senator acknowledged that it would be unfortunate if the Bureau of Corrections pushes forward with its plans to relocate the New Bilibid Prison in the area. (MB Video by Ali Vicoy)
