After detaining a "mother" whose "child" aroused suspicion in the Russian city of Nizhny Tagil, police instead discover a kitten dressed in baby clothes and diapers, stuffed away with five packs of powdered methylephedrine, a prohibited stimulant. The Interior Ministry revealed in a statement that the woman was taken into custody and an additional inspection of her apartment led to the seizure of 170 grams of banned substances in total.
