Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday virtually addressed the World Bank event in New Delhi. PM Modi said that an idea can become a mass movement after it moves from discussion tables to dinner tables in every household. He further asserted that people’s anxiety towards climate change will turn into positive actions once citizens are given equal participation. “Climate change cannot be fought from conference tables alone it has to be fought from the dinner tables in every home. When ideas move from discussion tables to dinner tables, it becomes a mass movement,” he said at the event.
