Union Finance Minister Nirmala responded to the negative Western perceptions of India in the Western world and said people who have not visited India are producing a negative report of India around the world.
"Come have a look at what's happening in India rather than listen to perceptions being built by people who have not even visited at the ground and produce reports,” said Nirmala Sithraman.
