A prolific thief with a criminal record spanning almost 30 years has been caught on camera trying to enter cars in Peterborough.Paul Priestley was handed a five-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) on 29 March 2023 ordering him not to touch any vehicle without the owner's permission, and adhere to a daily curfew between 11pm and 6am - or face arrest.
