उमेश पाल केस (Umesh Pal Case) में यूपी पुलिस (UP Police) और STF (Special Task Force) को एक बड़ी कामयाबी मिली है. इस केस में अतीक अहमद (Atiq Ahmad) का बहनोई (Brother in Law) अखलाक (Akhlaq) को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है. बताया जा रहा है कि अखलाक ने ही उमेश की जान लेने के लिए शूटरों को फंड दिया था. और इस केस की पूरी साजिश इसी ने रची थी.
