Justice Secretary Boying Remulla names Negros Oriental Representative Arnie Teves as among those being considered as the mastermind in the killing of Governor Roel Degamo.

Remulla also says, it's possible to implicate the suspended lawmaker's brother, former Governor Pryde Henry Teves.
